Kavithai – Beirut

Israel-Lebanon conflict

I hear argument that India should be as proactive as Israel in crubbing terrorism. Well Israel can follow this method since Lebanon will probably not retaliate with weapons of mass destruction. That’s not the case with India.

I just recall this Kavithai from Gibran translated in tamil.

Beirut Nagarathin

En balya kala snehithargale

Pon mara kattukul

En kadali yin samadhi yaiKadanthu sellum podhu

Osai illamal sendru

Mounamai thirumbavum

Kal arai yin thukathai

Aval kalaithu vidathergal!
