Its really pathetic service which Airtel are providing, I have paid my bill past 19th July that is almost 10days before for my Airtel no "9791014104", but you have disconnected my outgoing line on 22nd from the day I feed up calling you people to clear my line…. Now again a milestone for your service providing you disconnected my incoming too… 

 

            I have paid my bill through the getting the Airtel collection executive to my place and I have paid through cash, a sum of Rs 2000/- . This contact I got from some inbound call center no is”+919789086200” who called me asked to make payment. So go head and cancel my account. I done want to use your service any more. Here with mail I have attached the payment made bill which I received from Airtel collection executive as proof of my payment.

Before 2 months I have taken this sim with 6 months validity. I gave my passport Xerox.

At the time of connection, you people didn’t tell about any other proofs.

But without intimating….Before 1 month my outgoing is barred…Then I went airtel showroom and my problem is rectified.

now I got one more problem… without intimating…you people have deactivated my sim,even I have some more 4 months validity. How can I rectify it????

I thought that only airtel is having good network in India… but you are not giving good customer support.

If you are like this only, definitely…you will loss customers.

This is ref. to our complaint  No 8632528 dtd.  30/06/2008 ( in the name of M/s Quantum International 
Pvt. Ltd.  C-3 Sector 3 Noida ) regarding the phone &#38;  Internet connection.Again we had word with Mr. Ashish(Sr. executive)  &#38; Mr. Sachin(Supervisor)  regarding the problem, they have assured us that problem will short out within 4 Working hours. But after 3 days nobody is giving proper responce to us  .For your information we are regular user of internet and our work basically done with internet, our staff  member are sitting idle  since last 3 days .

		<description>I live on Palm Neach Rd, Navi Mumbai and the Airtel netwrok is really bad. I have found one room in the house where I get network. They keep cutting about 10 to 15rs evey month for MCA service (missed call alerts). but I dont ever get MCA. I have tried switching my cell off, then calling my number from several different landlines and friends mobiles etc, but I dont get a single MCA. So why am I being charged for it without fail every month\/ Where does the money go???

Everytime I call 121 with any of the numerous issues, the customer care puts me on hold for 2-5 minutes at a time, without a proper request or informing that I will be on hold ... after they come back on line (2-5mins later), they ask me to repeat my problem. Hello\/// you nincompoops, I dont believe airtel can have such pathetic customer service. 

Can the public sue the company? And whats with the celebrities like Sachin and ShahRukh (I believe he endorses airtel too) and others who promote the damn service??? Somebody should tell them they are promoting services which are incompetent..... maybe they dont know...  

I called Airtel thrice today..... I am able to send smses to Dubai numbers but when I try calling it comes invalid/. I called customer service to tell airtel about the problem. thrice.... and all three times, the lady (3 different ones on 3 calls) heard my verification, problems, puit me on hold for atlkeast 3 minutes each.... then came back asked me stupid questions like "since how long have you faced\? I got pissed, and asked her why she'd kept me on hold 3 minutes only to come back and ask me such a silly questoin, then she said line is breaking and disconnected. I called 2nd time, same thing.... 3rd time I lost my patience, (ofcourse all 3 times I had to go through the stupid IVR...) 3rd lady also put me on hold and then came back to ask "how long&#124;" I lost tem,per and asked her if she had been looking at my records when I was on hold, she should know how long as I had told it to the previous person/.... she said &#124;"line breaking" and disconnected the line.


Thats it, I didnt call again. I feel so angry. Strict action should be taken against these companies... I am so angry , am just typing away and I need to stop assaulting my keyboard.... ARGGGGGGHHHHH!!!</description>
